Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days before the date on which the event will take place

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by doing it on your account or emailing us on cancellation@instarmark.com

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Cancellation

In order for the booking to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:

  • The Order was made in the last 14 days
  • If your request hasn’t accepted yet by the Performer, you can cancel at any time
  • The following accepted requests cannot be canceled:
  • A request that has been accepted can be cancelled, you will get back 50% of the order amount. However, a service can be postponed for a later date in accordance with the service Provider.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any Order that does not meet the above Cancellation conditions in our sole discretion.
